Welcome to my guide to the best of Bondi!

As a Bondi based writer who spends my days out and about chatting with business owners and interviewing talented locals, I’m in a perfect position to let you know what’s new in Sydney’s favourite beach-side suburb.

Every day I step outside and feel inspired by what’s around me, so I’d like to inspire you to explore more of Bondi based on local recommendations. Find out what’s new in cafes, shopping, events and art, as well as insights into local businesses, people, and the places that have stood the test of time to become institutions.

What’s so good about Bondi?

I think this sums it up perfectly:

“It’s the personality and the people. We’re so lucky to have the city so close, but to live in a place that feels like a small town. The atmosphere is just magical, you don’t get that anywhere else. I call it the South Beach of Australia, it has a little sparkle to it and every day is different. It’s also such a melting pot of cultures; from backpackers to locals, Australians to Europeans, that’s what makes Bondi unique.”

Bondi is renowned for its sand, sea and sexy bikini bodies (and there’s nothing wrong with that!) but there’s plenty more to see and do. This little village is home to so much talent, it’s one of those places that really brings out the best in the people who live and work here. I hope that you’ll take some time to check out my website and explore everything that Bondi has to offer.

I’m the mother of a very energetic two year old, so many of my articles and recommendations are aimed at families with young children.

Drop me a line if you have a story to tell, or get in touch if you’re coming to Bondi and would like some personal recommendations.

About Tracey (155 Articles)
Although I love travelling the world with my hubby and daughter, I'm always excited to come home to Bondi. Not just because of the beautiful beach, but because of all the wonderful new cafes, restaurants, art, events and shopping that can be found around every corner. When I go travelling I prefer to find out what to do from the advice of locals, so I set up this website to share my local knowledge with you.
